Now let's add some random girl to work with. We already prepared this image without background. You will need most likely cut-off girl or guy from yours. Name the layer (girl 1).

Copy layer (girl 1) and name it (girl 2), select the layer and fill selection with bluish color and apply settings for layer from image bellow. Don't forget to set layer opacity to 20% and layer fill to 85%.

Now copy layer (girl 1) and plce it over the layer (girl 2) and name it (girl 3).

Create new layer (hair colors) and apply some hair highlights. Use some light blue color with (soft round) brush, size is up to you depend on what parts of hair you want to colorize.

Now select layer (girl 3) and via lasso tool select her eyes. Copy them into separate layer (eyes) and set layer blending mode to (color burn).

Now create new layer (lower logo) and via Custom shape tool (U) select some shape you would like to use as her lower logo. Then go to (Edit->Transform->Warp) tool and drag your logo from middle to the bottom left a bit to achieve desired modification. Plus apply layer style settings from 2 images bellow.

Now create new layer (upper logo) and again via Custom shape tool (U) select some shape you would like to use as her upper logo.

You can add more of them and create more complex shape as we did. Apply layer style settings from image bellow.

Now the fun begins :-) Let's do some skinning. Create or find somewhere some interesting skin. We used sort of alien skin in new layer (skin 1).

Set layer (skin 1) opacity to let's say 20% so you can see image under and cut off all areas which runs over her skin area. Be careful around hair. We used eraser tool with (soft round) brush and opacity 40%. to safely blend skin with hair. After you will be satisfied with your result set layer blending options to overlay and opacity around 50%.

Now select with lasso tool from layer (skin 1) her lips and copy paste (CTRL+C -> CTRL+V) them into new layer (lips) and set layer blending options to overlay and opacity 52%.

Now duplicate layer (skin 1) and arrange layer so it's above layers (skin 1) and (lips). Name this layer (skin 2). Set layer options to (overlay) and opacity 33%.

Duplicate layer (skin 2) and name it (skin color). Fill this layer with some bluish color, cut out the eyes area and set layer style options to layer blending (Hue) and opacity (75%).

We added some text to make it look as movie poster.

And of course applied some effect for the title of our poster.
